If you are more than 15 minutes late to your treatment then your appointment with be automatically cancelled and you will be required to pay the full treatment cost. You will be unable to book any further treatments with me until this has been paid.

If you fail to show up to your appointment with out prior contact with myself you will not be booked in for any further appointments.

You will be required to fill out a consultation form prior to your appointment for this reason I will ask you arrive to your appointment 10 minutes before to fill this out so to assure we won’t roll into your treatment time. It is your responsibility to make me aware of any allergies or conditions you may have.

All clients must pay a non refundable booking fee to secure their appointment. This will be 25% of the total price of the treatment and will be deducted from the final payable amount on the day of the treatment. If you cancel within less than 48 hours notice, your booking fee will be lost and you will be required to pay a new one to book any further appointments. If 48+ notice is given your booking fee can be moved to your next appointment.
